Imagine working your entire life to pay for your home and then due to age or disability you can no longer perform needed maintenance. Living on a fixed income and with no other option you have to watch as your home deteriorates around you.

Some members of our community particularly senior citizens, persons with disabilities and single-parent families aren't always able to afford the maintenance an older home requires.

That's were Rebuilding Together-Roanoke comes in and there is never a charge to the homeowner. Donations of dollars and materials combined with hundreds of volunteers allows us to perform necessary repairs for 25-30 homeowners per year.
